Wreath is a protocol for creating and trading on-chain bonds using Uniswap V3 as an abstract pricing layer.
Token holders can raise capital by depositing their tokens into a bond contract and setting terms such as maturity and target raise. Rather than distributing tokens directly to contributors, Wreath mints a fixed supply of bond tokens and deposits them into a Uniswap V3 pool, where price is determined dynamically through concentrated liquidity mechanics.
Contributors receive ERC-20 share tokens that represent pro-rata ownership of the liquidity position. At maturity, bond tokens can be redeemed 1:1 for the original underlying asset. This design removes the need for static discounts or bonding curves, replacing them with continuous, market-driven price discovery.
